Tasty and tasty. Only two joints I hit up in Redwood City for Mexican and this is one. Fair price and tasty food. Burrito Asade Estilo is amazing. Tell them to double wrap it since it is very juicy. I have been eating there for 10 years and hasn't missed a beat.

Small cozy place, but that is not important. The important thing is that this place serves great food and has great customer service. I had their tacos with rice and beans, and they were delicious. Definitely I won't mind coming back whenever I am in the area.

I've been going to Nikko's for about 8 months and have been delighted. Everyone who works there are very friendly and take a lot of pride in what they do.

The Carne Asada, Ahi and chicken dishes I've had are awesome whether they've been in the form of torta, burrito, salad or quesadilla. The flavors are excellent and distinctive, portions generous and filling and the overall feeling I get from their food is one of better health. To me, it's more of a home-cooked feeling than taqueria.

When I phone in an order the service is very courteous and friendly and they're always happy to see me when I come in. The food seems to get better and better to me and a couple of friends who've also had great experiences there.

The dining room is very small, clean and nice. IMO with a little vision and a tiny bit of work, it could be really cute.

Food is very good and Walter (server and cook) is very friendly. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be served and the food is a good value.

Nikko's is a solid choice when you are looking for a variety in your run of the mill burrito. I walked up to the counter and instinctively ordered an al pastor and then realized they had Charbroiled Ahi, Surf and Turf, Asada Estillo, Sundried Tomato Chipotle in addition to a Cajun Veggie. I felt pathetic in my bland choice of burrito but next time I will order something different next time. They had a range of breakfast burritos as well. Obviously, I was impressed by the selection - let's move on. As far as the taste, my burrito was solid - not the best I have had. My only criticism was that the meat was a bit dry. The size of the burrito was a plus (it was huge!). And the wild card that was the reason for my rating was that they gave cinnamon-sugar chips in addition to the standard chips. They were phenomenal. The person behind the counter was very friendly, more engaging that typical.

Big menu, and very friendly service. Talked to the owner today, said he bought the place from Nikko about a year ago. Claims to make his rice with fresh tomatoes, and makes yummy burritos (for vegetarians, at least) with black beans. You also get cinnamon-sugar crisps and chips with lunch orders.

I usually get take-outs and order Mr. Audulfo. Food is good. Restaurant is small. Price is very reasonable...for $4 you can get two decent size tacos. Owner/manager is very friendly...always hooks us up with grilled jalapenos.

The owner was very friendly with me (I'm as gringo as gringo gets)
I think people like to tear people down with bad reviews for giggles & grins.
I had a carne asada last night, and an egg & chorizo burrito this morning, and both were sublime.

I've been going to Nikko's for several years. Their surf & turf burrito is very good as are their Mexican chicken tacos. Prices are very reasonable and the owner and cook are friendly and efficient.

New to Yelp and had to review a great taqueria/mexican grill near my place of employment. They served the freshest and highest quality mexican food around. The carne asada, pollo asada, and fish tacos are my favorites!!! Great salsas.

I'm a fan of Nikkos! I ordered the tostada salad, because I love those big crunchy shells they come in and it was excellent. The chicken was fresh off the grill and whatever they put in their guacamole sauce was amazing. I saw someone eating the most fantastic looking bowl of soup when I was there and I'll definitely be going back on the next cold day to get some of that =)

Great Burritos!!! Excellent verity of food, everything tastes great. Ask for the shredded beef on your burrito. It's marinated in a tasty not spicy sauce and is the best. Never thought about a BBQ chicken burrito w/BBQ sauce on top but I'm glad they did. Overall great food, good price, and a unique menu. If you're in the neighborhood come by or if not make the commute like I do from Oakley. It is worth it.

After stopping by for dinner at Nikko's Mexican Grill, that was recommend by a coworker. With my family i had Enchiladas Montadas that hit the spot. the rice was tasty, beans were even better. I have to say Nikko's rates up with the best. My favorite salsa was the hot one you could actually taste the roasted pepper's have to say i will definitely be back for more tasty food. O and the best part is the food is Inexpensive!!!!!

This small family owned taqueria only prepares fresh tacos, burritos, and other traditional Mexican menus. Their fish taco is the very best I have ever tasted, and I order either tacos or their enchilada plata several times per week. The food is cooked to order, so each dish takes a few minutes to prepare, but it is well worth the short wait.
